DAMOSA LAND PROJECTS ENJOY BRISK SALES
CONTSTRUCTION and development of Damosa Fair Lanes and Damosa Sea Wind are in full swing as it enjoy brisk sales.
Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) vice president Ricardo Floirendo Lagdameo said 97 percent of the total units for the 1st phase of Damosa Fair Lanes have already been sold out. At present, the project is already 70 percent complete.
Lagdameo added they target all the remaining houses for the first phase to be built by the end of 2018. Damosa Fair Lanes is the first residential development of DLI and was launched in 2012.
It was recently selected as the Best Residential Development in Davao and was shortlisted as the Best Residential Landscape Architectural Design. The second phase of the development, which was launched this year, was already 70 percent sold. This phase is only around one hectare.
“I wish there was more land in the area that we could have developed because the reception was very positive. So we sold about 70 percent. We’ll start construction on that particular phase maybe in about a month or two,” said Lagdameo.
Damosa SeaWind, a 6-tower condominium development, will have its turning over of the 1st tower next month. “We’re trying to finish the first tower but I have to say it’s looking good. It has really progressed over the last couple of months,” he said.
The construction for the 2nd tower is already 60 percent complete and is scheduled to be turned over by August this year. The 3rd tower will start construction by the end of May this year.
“These are towers which had been sold already over the past year and a half. Right now our only remaining inventory is for Tower 6. We have roughly about 60 percent remaining inventory,” Lagdameo said.
