Arezzo Place Building 3 to be turned over in January 2017
THE Building 3 units of the Arezzo Place Davao, the maiden project of Phinma Properties outside Metro Manila, is set to be turned over to its homeowners by January of next year.
At the sidelines of the topping off ceremony of its fourth building last December 7, Rogelio Garcia, Jr., director for sales and marketing told SunStar Davao in an interview that starting next year the firm’s investors will experience the ideal condo home that will define “City Living Made Easy.”
The condominium property has a total of 2.6 hectares wherein 12 mid-rise condominium buildings will rise with one building dedicated as a parking area. He also mentioned that the buildings 3 and 4 are already fully sold-out while the building 1 and 2 are 85 percent sold.
“In terms of sales, it is doing very well. Arezzo Place is our first venture in Mindanao and outside Metro Manila, so far we are very happy with the results, we are in fact always ahead of our target. The market response is very surprising to us,” he said adding that they started selling in the last quarter of 2014. He said that looking at their buyers profile, most are from Davao City while some are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW).
Gene Arcena, Arezzo Place project director, for his part said, sales of the property reached around P500 million. But the firm is expecting its sales for the whole project5 in the next three years to jump to P2 billion. For the construction updates of the Building 1 (the third building the company is developing), Garcia said, it will start sometime in the first quarter of 2017 and they target to finish its (building 1) construction by the end of 2017. The clubhouse’s construction will start early next year.
“Once we complete construction of Buildings 1 and 2, next in line will be buildings 6 and 7,” Engineer Deogenes Lesiguez, project in charge of Arezzo Place Davao said. The billion project, located in located at Dona Pilar Avenue in Barrio Pampanga, it is envisioned as a holistic community with features and amenities inspired by Italian design.
“Arezzo Place Davao offers affordable yet quality-assured homes fit for young professionals, starting families, students and overseas workers alike. The 12 buildings that will rise in the development will feature a five-storey elevator hallway type, 18 units per floor, 90 units per building, fire alarms and sprinkler system, fire-hose cabinets on every floor, ground floor ramps, and fire exits.
Amenities and other features of the project include a multi-purpose function hall and upper lobby, adult and children's swimming pool, collegiate basketball court, landscaped gardens, commercial units for lease, children's playground, sewage treatment, and 283 parking slots, wherein 161 slots are in the parking building and 122 are on-grade parking The total project is eyed to be finished by 2019.
