Kisan Lu steps up presence in Davao
HOMEGROWN property developer, Kisan Lu Lands Inc., strengthened its presence in both northern and southern part of Davao City through its newest residential projects -- the Plantacion and Green Woods.
Kisan Lu is taking lead in providing Dabawenyos homes with superior quality, intricate designs, yet affordable. This has been proven in the company’s competent track record back in 2008.
At present, Kisan Lu’s existing, ongoing, and upcoming projects in the city has reached seven projects catering to different market segments.
Plantacion Situated in a then banana plantation in Mandug, this development project is set to be the Davao’s next big thing in middle to low-cost housing.
The Asian-contemporary themed 48-hectare subdivision will house some 700 units with house price ranging from P800,000 to P1.2 million. “We already secured all the permits to sell the project, we started selling before Kadayawan this August, so far the sales is doing good, we are already 1/8 of the total project sold,” Kisan Lu Lands marketing manager Albert Egot Jr. said. The residential project is expected to be completed by 2022.
Plantacion has three house models, Eden (three bedrooms, lot area at 121 sq.m.), Kassy (two bedrooms, lot area at 121 sq.m.) and Trisha (two bedrooms, 72 sq.m. lot area).
“What is good with this project is that we have wider roads, we go beyond the road standards,” he said. Other features of the subdivision were its security (entrance gate, guards and subdivision fences), high ceiling for Kassy and Eden, accessibility and green spaces. Green Woods “Go green. Live Green,” Egot said. Located in Catalunan Grande, Davao City, Green Woods is a 16-hectare subdivision offers very affordable yet elegant and eco-friendly house designs.
“For this project, securing permits are ongoing but we target to finish everything (permitting), within this year,” Egot said. Greenwoods model houses are similar with Plantacion.
The company’s direction towards being a green developer, embracing green technology, Ego said, is among the reasons why BCI Asia awarded the company as one of the top developers in the country. “In every development of the company, there are large portions allocated solely for green spaces. Also houses’ designs are based on green architecture,” he said.
